HR Peer Sharing Group Call – Fair Labor Standards Act in Agriculture

The June AmericanHort Peer Sharing Group monthly call will take place on June 9th at 2 PM ET. All AmericanHort members are invited to join us on this call for a discussion on the Fair Labor Standards Act in Agriculture. Shawn Packer, Principal with JPH Law (formerly CJ Lake) will speak to the group on the ag exemptions, such as minimum wage provisions and overtime pay provisions. Come with any questions you have about employment standards, recordkeeping, or specifically about these exemptions.
