For the past 25 years, Myatt Landscaping has been providing high-end residential and commercial maintenance. They understand the importance of preventative maintenance, cleanliness, and time-management and have made company culture a pillar of their business.
Yard-Nique is a landscaping company with several locations in the southeast focused almost completely on commercial maintenance. They recently made a strategic decision increase their profitability by downsizing. Yard-Nique employees approximately 450 employees - many from the H-2B program during the summer. Focusing on customer service, business strategy, communication, mentorship, and company culture are extremely important factors to their success.

Parker’s Landscape Services
Parker’s Landscape Services provides residential install and maintenance services to the Research Triangle Park area. They focus on creating the best experience for their customer and market their services through word-of-mouth and referrals instead of competing for bids. They are gardeners-at-heart who believe in educating and building strong relationships with their clients as well as utilizing horticultural best practices in their work.
Founded in Rougemont, North Carolina in 1986, Hoffman Nursery specializes in ornamental and native grass liners for the wholesale trade. They grow over 140 species and cultivars of grasses, sedges, and other grass-like plants that are shipped to wholesale customers across North America.
