Meet Our Speaker

Dr. Lauren Griffeth
Founder, Focused Leadership Solutions

Dr. Griffeth works to enhance leaders as individuals and in teams to improve organizational performance. After an early career in fundraising, she joined the Public Service Faculty of the University of Georgia College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences as an Extension Leadership Specialist. She facilitates cohort-based leadership programs with 240 graduates during her tenure. She has authored over 50 publications. Her research has been published in Consulting Foresters Magazine and the Harvard Business Review. In 2022, she launched Focused Leadership Solutions to provide broader support as an organizational development consultant nationally and internationally.

Dr. Griffeth earned a Ph.D. in Adult Education with certificates in Human Resources and Organizational Development and Qualitative Research. She is certified in Myers-Briggs, DiSC, Strengthsfinder, and Emotional Intelligence. She is married to Tim Griffeth, an agriculture education teacher, and they have two children.
