Location: DoubleTree-Green Tree, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
- Move In: Tuesday, September 15, 1-5 p.m.
Hours: Wednesday, September 16, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Thursday, September 17, 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Move Out: Thursday, September 17, Begins at 1 p.m.
Agreements received by June 19, 2015 require a 50 percent
deposit. Agreements received after June 19, 2015 require
payment in full.
Final Payment – Any exhibit space with an outstanding balance
will be made available for resale following the June 19, 2015 final payment deadline.
Cancellations – Cancellations received in writing on or before
June 19, 2015 will be charged a $100 processing fee.
There will be no refunds after June 19, 2015.
Booths will be assigned on a first come, first-served basis.

Exhibit Space Rental Includes (but is not limited to):
- 8’ x 10’ booth space, back and side wall drape
- (1) 8’ table, 2 chairs, and a wastebasket
- 6” x 18” booth identification sticker with booth number and exhibiting
company name placed on the floor in front of the booth
- Two complimentary session passes for booth personnel or customers
- Electronic list of eligible attendee leads (after the event)
